The business made a wide range of wooden products, including tables and architectural mouldings, and undertook specialist turning tasks. Part of a collection of nearly 900 items, including a lathe, cutting tools, hand tools, products, workshop fittings, office equipment, portraits, and an accounts ledger.
Physical Description
Furniture leg made of gold-coloured wood. Base of leg is rectangular with a short grooved section directly above. Body of leg rests upon this grooved section and is square, fluted and tapers toward the flat square top. A short cylindrical section projects from the top of the leg. Some lines are pencilled on three faces of the rectangular base. Found in Area A of workshop.
