Part of a collection of knitting patterns (numbered SH 90.545 to 90.572.2) accumulated by the donor's mother, Effie Laura Harvie and kept in a Kayser Lingerie box (SH 90.573.2). The donor's mother, who used the patterns, knitted until about 1975.
Physical Description
Book contains knitting patterns for men's and women's socks, stockings, gloves, scarves as well as children's socks, gloves, crocheted bed socks and a knitted hot water-bottle cover. Price: sixpence.
