Physical Description
Foolscap size book with green crocodile printed stiff covers and green cloth binding. Sections of book have been stitched with red cotton thread. Stiff grey end paper at back of book present, the front end paper is missing, together with first page of data. Pages torn at back. Book is read across two pages, both printed in columns.
