Stick pin for the The New Zealand Federation of Labour (NZFOL). It was 'formed in 1937 out of the New Zealand Alliance of Labour and the Trades and Labour Councils Federation of New Zealand. (Encyclopaedia of NZ Vol 1, p 635-636). In 1988 it was wound up, its functions being taken over by the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions.'
