Physical Description
An enamelled badge shaped as a horizontal diamond overlaying an oval. The diamond is coloured pale yellow with gold metal words around perimeter. In the centre of the diamond is another diamond forming a gold background for letters in black. The two Os are linked by a third ring in yellow. On the oval shaped area are words in black on gold, with yellow fill. The closure is of the pin and hook type.
