Physical Description
A cream flannel petticoat with broadly spaced, vertical, red stripes . It is knee length, and opens right down the back. It fastens with one metal button above waist level. (2nd button from neck is missing). Has long, raglan sleeves (horizontally striped) and straight, Indian style collar. Front has two gathers at neck.
