This mini dress was designed and manufactured in Melbourne by Prue Acton P/L in 1969. It was the beginning of her sporty t-shirt designs. This example was originally worn by the donor.
In 1988 it was worn by a model in the donor's 25th Anniversary Parade.
Physical Description
Short-sleeved A-line velour mini dress with red bodice attache to black skirt. The skirt hem, neckline and black sleeves are bound in white velour. The garment is zippered from back of neck to lower back. The neckline is round. The belt is missing.
