Summary
This clutch bag was designed and manufactured in France by Louis Ferrier in 1989. It was worn by the donor with the `Green the World' ensemble (still in the donor's collection) to the 1989 Melbourne Cup.
Prue Acton's Melbourne Cup clothing was specially designed for her to draw attention to Australian designers and in particular her forthcoming winter range.
Physical Description
Rectangular green fabric clutch bag lined with black leather. One compartment and zip pocket inside. Fastened at front flap with metal stud.
