Pair of silver leather shoes with 9.5 cm high heels designed by Charles Jordan, Paris, 1983 - 1986.
Worn in Melbourne by donor, Prue Acton, for Vogue Magazine promotion with Holden 'Piazza' car information, probably in 1986. Part of 'Status Suit' range, together with the white suit SH94.2056. The range represented the rise of the corporate woman in the 1980s. Large shoulder pads were a typical feature.
