Sepia-coloured photograph of Phar Lap with a small boy on his back. The horse is standing in a grassy paddock, in front of a hill and there is a white fence in the background. The photograph is mounted on a grey cardboard base. On the back of the photo is written in ink the name and address of Tommy Woodcock, and other marking indicating that the photo may have been reproduced for publication.
