Summary
Stencil with the wording 'Made by the Blind' manufactured circa 1985. It was was used by visually impaired workers in the matmaking workshop of the Royal Victorian Institute for the Blind to label mats. This one was probably the third one made for the workshop, the original stencils were made of brass.

Square, grey metal stencil with words punched through. Stained with black and green dye.
