Summary
Leather hole punch manufactured by Maun Industries, England circa 1980s. It was used to punch holes in the back of the palms in order to lace them up.
Physical Description
Two handled tool with two prongs which push together to punch holes. One prong has circular head with rotating series of different sized hole punches.
