Physical Description

A small (27 mm) cupro-nickel medal struck on the occasion of the 175th Anniversary of the foundation of the Westpac Bank (Bank of New South Wales). It features a Western Swamp Tortoise advancing left; an endangered species.

Obverse Description

At centre within a wide rim formed by a line circle, a Western Swamp Tortoise advancing left, head front; below, Western Swamp Tortoise; around on wide rim, World Wildlife Fund for Nations Endangered Species 1992.

Reverse Description
