Once contained morphine and ippecaeuanha troches, that were, at the time, used in the treatment of 'incipient colds to produce diaphoresis'.
A troche is a dissolvable oral lozenge.

Apothecary jar made from china and cylindrical in shape with a round base. Blue body, white base with gold and red label printed in black.
