Summary
Large silver 'Paramount' plate teapot made in Melbourne by Luke Pty Ltd. The teapot was part of a tea set transferred from the Natural History Division of Museum of Victoria, and likely to have been used by staff.
A similar teapot was used in the original kiosk at Healesville Sanctuary during the 1940s, and is now held in the Healesville Sancturary History Archives.
Physical Description
Teapot, large, with straight sides which taper out slightly at the base, and hinged lid with spherical knob. Inscribed on base.
