Lili and Letho Sigalas travelled to Europe and North America in 1939. Lili Sigalas (nee Vrahamis), born in 1904, migrated to Australia in 1922 to marry Letho Sigalas. The couple were married at the Greek Orthodox Church on Victoria Parade, Melbourne in 1923. They had two daughters Danae in June 1924 and Magarita Babette in 1931. Lili and Letho eere in Greece when war was declared in 1939.
