British service musket, India pattern Sergeant's carbine P 1807. Cal. .760 in., smooth bore barrel 36 5/8 in. (930 mm.) long. Fully stocked (forend cap missing), pin fastened to barrel, iron ramrod, brass furniture (India pattern), one sling swivel. Brown Bess Musket.
Pattern used by the British Army at Waterloo (1815).
