The Uvedales Saint Germain is a spreading, cooking variety harvested in late winter.
Model based on specimen from Archibald Stuart, gardener to R.B. Ronald of Toorak in 1875. The model was made in the museum by Thomas McMillan for the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition of 1876.
