Summary
Space charge tetrode. The space charge tetrode is operated with a positive voltage on the inner grid, the outer grid acts as the control grid. This configuration gives satisfactory performance at low anode voltage.
3.2 volt directly heated cathode.
The label on the base has been rendered illegible by staining from corrosion of the base shell hence it is not possible to positively identify this valve but based on comparison with Figure 12-18 in Tyne, it appears most likely that it is a type 110.
Manufacturer: Siemens & Halske, Germany
