This wax model was based on a specimen grown and presented to the museum by Mr. J. C. Cole of Richmond Nursery, 1872. The model was made in the museum by Thomas McMillan.
Synonyms: Red Quarrenden, Sack Apple. This apple is a dessert variety and is harvested in summer.
