The images are the same as those on a cushion cover at the Australian War Memorial REL/02993.002, except that this example does not include King Peter of Serbia.
The provenance of this panel is unknown.
Physical Description
Printed silk panel, full colour, with pink fringe. The panel features a central image of the Sphinx, with three pyramids and a cameleer; around are oval photographs of the World War I Allied leaders against flags, with foliage joining the pattern. The panel is hemmed on the underside, inside the fringe.
