This wax model is based on a specimen grown and presented to the museum by John Carson, J. P., 'Clutha', Studley Park, Kew, President of The Horticultural Society of Victoria. The model was made in the museum by Thomas McMillan.
Synonyms: Suffield, Lady Suffield, Livesley's Imperial, Lady Sutherland. This apple is a cooking variety and is harvested in summer.
