Physical Description
V notch backsight, nickel silver bead foresight. Box lock with side hammer, oval steel trigger guard, steel screw in vent plug under nipple. Mounts engraved with foliate scrolls. Finely chequered wooden stock, steel butt cap with cap recess, surrounded by a nickel silver band, silver monogram plate, swivel ramrod, one side broken, carried in a grooved rib under the barrel. Belt hook fitted to left hand side of lock box.
