Physical Description
Above the movement a balance is suspended with a cylindrical Nivarox hair spring. The lower half of the Nivarox spring is wound to the right and the upper half to the left so that the swing of the balance is held constant. Regulation is by moving weighted blade springs on the balance. Spring wound.
