Summary

Horse Brass depicting a religious scene with two people either side of a man riding a camel. It is made of cast brass, which was not used until 1825. The crescent border is one of the oldest designs and was often used to frame other designs.

Physical Description

Cast Horse BrassThe crescent has six circular and one diamond shaped perforations. The item has the remains of two studs on back, possibly from the casting process.
