This wax model is based on a specimen grown and presented to the museum by the Horticultural Society of Victoria from their gardens at Burnley, 1884. The model was made in the museum. The model maker was not recorded.

Wax model of an apple with short stem and large dimple on one side, painted green with brown circular scar near dimple. Possibly with plaster interior.
