Summary
Gold medal presented by the Crystal Brook Society to H.V. McKay for a harvesting trial held on 20 November 1901.
The trial took place in a paddock near Crystal Brook where a number harvesters were put to the test to see which was the most successful machine. The harvester awarded the most points based on its effectiveness won the competition.

Gold medal with engraved text. Features a border of decorative twisted metal with a larger looped section at the top from which it can be suspended.
