Summary

Gold medal presented by the Crystal Brook Society to H.V. McKay for a harvesting trial held on 20 November 1901.

The trial took place in a paddock near Crystal Brook where a number harvesters were put to the test to see which was the most successful machine. The harvester awarded the most points based on its effectiveness won the competition.
