Socket Bayonet - Rifle, Pattern 1853

Bayonet, triangular blade, 438 mm long, fullered on all three sides.

Triangular socket type, with locking ring around socket at zig-zag slot used to fasten to rifle barrel. Leather scabbard with brass mounts missing.
