Summary
Wooden model of a three-masted Lanchang, a traditional Malayan sailing vessel, one of a number of models exhibited in the Straights Settlement (Malayan) Court at the Melbourne International Exhibition, held in the (Royal) Exhibition Building, 1 October 1880 - 30 April 1881. At the close of the exhibition, the model was gifted to the museum by the commissioners of the Straights Settlement Court.
