Summary
This wax model is based on a specimen grown by the Horticultural Society of Victoria at their Burnley Gardens and the model was presented to the museum by the National Agricultural Society in 1874 after the specimen was exhibited at the National Agricultural Show 3-5 April 1873. The model was made in the museum. The model maker was not recorded.
Synonyms: Cayuga Red Streak, Aurora, Coleman, Lima, Wine, Eighteen Ounce. This apple is a cooking and dessert variety and is harvested in early to late autumn.
