Summary
High-speed primed-trigger tube developed for use with the G10/241E cold-cathode gas filled decade counter tube for which a single cathode trigger tube was required as a coupling element between tubes. Its speed and general characteristics also made it useful as a general purpose component.
This example also carries CV markings (CV2224) indicating that it was made for military use but also indicating where it was made (F meaning STC Paignton) and when (LM meaning December 1955)

Physical Description
Tubular glass bulb on seven pin miniature glass button base with top exhaust tip. Pins fitted with pin protector. Valve is contained in rectangular buff coloured cardboard box with internal fibre packing.
