Wax model of Gansels Berganot pear, also known as Bonne Rouge, Brocas Bergamot, Diamint, Rothe Dechantsbirne. The Gansels Berganot is a dessert variety harvested in autumn.

Model based on specimen grown and presented by J.D. Roberts of Hawthorn in 1875. The model was made in the museum by Thomas McMillan for the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition of 1876.
