A similar product was probably sold in 1948 by EGA Co. in King Street, Melbourne, described as a 'hydro cake & drink mixer with improved beater', costing £5/17/6. EGA also advertised 'cake mixers and clothes dryers operated by water pressure'.
Physical Description
The beater uses water pressure to turn a rotor motion which is transmitted to the beater. Has a hose to connect to a tap.
