Made by State Electricity Commission Workshops in Melbourne, 1974, for an SEC display at the Science Museum of Victoria, 1974-1981.
Physical Description
Consists of 4 printed circuit boards, mounted horizontally in perspex and metal cabinet. Incorporates 10 mhz crystal oscillator and RTL circuitry. 18 by 7- segment red displays. Includes power supply. Claimed accuracy is 2.4 seconds per year also measures and displays difference between S.E.C. (50 hz) time and time measured by this clock.
