This wax model is based on a specimen presented to the museum by the Department of Agriculture of Victoria. The model was made in the Museum by Joy Dickins, 1 August 1949.
Synonyms: Carolina, Hubbard, Mobbs, Red Pippin, Winter Rose, Graham's Red Warrior. This apple is a cooking variety and is harvested in winter.
