This wax model is based on a specimen presented to the museum by the Department of Agriculture of Victoria. The model was made in the museum by Joy Dickins,18 January 1950.
Synonyms: Cayuga Red Streak, Aurora, Coleman, Lima, Wine, Eighteen Ounce. This apple is a cooking and dessert variety and is harvested in early to late autumn.
