Wright Lieut- Colonel, A.Q.M.G. Regulations for the Conduct of Canteens on Board Transports, A.I.F. Inside: Report by the O.C. Troops shows a questionnaire regarding the canteen and also gross proceeds of Canteen Sales. Report by the canteen Sergent containing questionnaire of the running of the canteen, (biscuits chocolate in excess). General remakes or suggestions by the (signature: Y M Couchman Major), general remarks or suggestions by canteen sergeant (I would suggest in future, family ships be supplied with condensed milk and (illegible) which were in great demand. The catering format lines was as good as could be expected.) Signature illegible.
