Partial souvenir menu, sergeants' mess, 24th Battalion, Egypt, 5 August 1915. White card headed "24th. Inf. Battn." The 24th Battalion went ashore at Gallipoli just four weeks later, on 4 September.
Note in file advises that the card was found in the personal belongings of Sgt. M. Percival Durham. Known with affection as Bunny Durham. Passed away 23.3.73 aged 83 years.

Partial menu on white card, with toasts on back. Many pencilled signatures on card. Damage around edges. Actual menu listing food is missing.
