Pair of United States Army identity discs, World War I. Inscribed 'Pvt Homer Sullivan Religion C of E, Unit 119 Inf., U.S.N.G., Regimental Number 1315613'.
An inquiry to the United States National Personnel Records Centre revealed that Sullivan served in the United States army during World War I from 18 July 1917 to 16 April 1919. He survived the war and died 2 May 1970.
