Summary
5 volt directly heated cathode, manufactured by Philips, probably in Holland. Dual diode, full wave rectifier. The PH prefix was used to distinguish this valve from the UX280 which it was designed to replace. The type number was abbreviated to 80 by all manufacturers in the early 1930s.
Physical Description
Conical bulb mounted on a 4 pin UX style base. Some of the cathode coating has flaked off and is loose inside the bulb.
