Summary
Ford V8 overhead valve 239 cubic inch motor car engine, built in the USA in about 1954 and imported by Ford Australia. This example has been prepared for trade promotion use by Vivian Expositions for Ford Australia at the 1975 Melbourne International Motor Show, probably to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ford production in Australia.
The 239 cubic inch engine was used in the locally assembled Ford Customline.
