Corporal George Regelsen was the son of Charles Henry and Mary Ann Regelsen of 27 Tongue Street, Seddon, Victoria. He was born in Benalla, Victoria, enlisted in Williamstown and served in the 29th Battalion, AIF. Regelsen died of wounds on 27 November 1916 and is buried in France, Quarry Cemetery, Montauban.
