Physical Description
Muzzle loading, smooth bore, octagonal wire twist barrels 8 in. (203 mm.) long, with two platinum breech bands, backsight semi circular notch, nickel silver blade foresight, overall length 13 1/8 in. (334 mm.). Side lock & hammer with safety bolt, oval steel trigger guard with pineapple forward extension, set trigger. Wooden stock extends to muzzle, chequered grips, oval silver monogram plate. Wooden ramrod carried in two tail pipes.
