Summary
Aermotor windmill model made by William McCook, 1963-1989. Half size scale of six foot aermotor windmill. The wheel was built from working drawings of John Danks "coo-ee" windmill (602 aermotor). The headgear is similar to the open geared models produced by the Aermotor Co. in 1890s. The furling gear is copied from Southern Cross and Metters. The wheel and tower were made in 1963 and the working head was made in 1989.

The windmill is comprised of several parts that include a tower, sails and tail vane.
