Robert Lyndsay Abbott was general manager of Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation Pty. Ltd., Fishermen's Bend, Melbourne, from 1969 until 197?. He was previously managing director, British Motor Corporation Australia, and Engineering Department, General Motors-Holden. Rex Aviation, Bankstown, N.S.W. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation and the Australian distributor of Cessna aircraft.
