Summary
This ornamental wall tile was made by the Campbell Brick & Tile Co. in Stoke-on-Trent, England. It is glazed and enameled. It was exhibited at the 1880 Melbourne International Exhibition.
Physical Description
This tile has a relief design, consisting of a central disk of a flying stork in a dark green glaze. This is surrounded by conventional panels of yellow body clay on an enameled red background, with a black enameled boarder. 'Key' pattern edging in light blue and dark blue enamel surrounds the tile.
