General purpose triode with filament designed for operation from a single dry cell. The same as the Western Electric 215A. 1.0 volt directly heated cathode.
This valve was also made and sold by STC with the type number 4215A or 125A
Physical Description
Internal structure of a triode with vertical elements with its bulb removed. Small 4 contact bayonet style moulded base. Mounted on a display block with an intact example.
