Double diode remote cut-off pentode designed for use as a combined gain-controlled IF amplifier, signal and AVC detector in radio receivers. Also known as EBF80.
Physical Description
Tubular glass bulb on nine pin miniature glass button base with top exhaust tip. Valve is contained in rectangular red and blue coloured cardboard box with fixed internal cardboard packing. The box is not the one the valve originally came in.
