Summary
Beam Tetrode; VT75A is the RAF designation for the Marconi-Osram type KT44. The KT44 is a version of the much used KT66 with a 4 volt heater and the plate connection through a top cap allowing its use as a television horizontal output amplifier. Like many valves developed in the late1930s for television, this one was adopted for use in radar.
