Summary

VT105 Triode, designed for use in airborne transmitters where the ceramic base gave lower losses at high frequencies and when used as an oscillator, less drift due to variations in temperature and humidity.

VT105 was the RAF designation for the M.O.V type ML6, which was electrically similar to the ML4 but with a 6 volt heater and a ceramic base.

6.0 V indirectly heated cathode. Used as a Class A audio amplifier. Manufactured by M.O. Valve Co., England.
